Ned Samson gave the treasurer's report.

Dora Wright read the names of the deceased family members since the last reunion and a moment of silence was requested in remembrance of them. Dora also reminded us that there are copies of the Kothmann cookbook and the last printed Kothmann book available for sale. There is a possibility of another cookbook.

Mort Kothmann also brought up that the Kothmann cemetery in Art needs some maintenance on the rock walls. It was requested by Leon Kothmann that it be postponed until at least October for cooler weather.

NEW BUSINESS:

Mort said there had been a suggestion that we determine who is responsible for chairing the next reunion using a rotation through the family member numbers. The family members could decide among themselves who would take which responsibility. Katherine Whitworth announced that she supported the idea and volunteered to be chairman for the 2024 reunion along with a member of family 1, Katy Haby. We welcome their participation and look forward to the next reunion.

A motion as made by Leslie Whitworth that the next reunion be held again at the Pioneer Pavilion on June 8, 2024. The motion was seconded and passed.

Gwen Gilbert asked that everyone be sure to update addresses and emails with Dora to facilitate sending the invitations. Postage costs have increased and we need to do everything possible to minimize them.

The meeting was adjourned.
